Dear Business Friends,
A few days ago HT FINANZ had its 25th anniversary. Since 1989 we support our customers successfully with qualified M&A advisory services and have gained by this a lot of credit. For many of our customers we have worked for considerably more than ten years. Among these are both world market leaders and market leaders in Europe and Germany, as well as smaller “Mittelstand” companies which achieve amazing things in their specific niches. Altogether we could successfully close more than 250 transactions – nationally and internationally – during our corporate history.
Currently we are in charge of 13 mandates and work on a lead list of 44 projects. These projects are managed by the signer and our senior partners Dr. Karl-August Kaiser and Sabine Offermann. Both have got superb management and M&A experience. HT FINANZ is delighted to have these colleagues on board. Other very qualified staff members support our work. On international transactions we cooperate for many years with distinguished M&A boutiques in a great number of countries worldwide.
We give thanks to our clients and business friends for the longstanding collaboration and would be very pleased if we could carry on our good relationship with you also in the future, as well as successfully close one or another project together.
As always, we renounce also at this extraordinary anniversary festivities and extravagant representation. In spite of this and considering the hot spots around the globe we are going to make a donation to “Doctors Without Borders”.
